Tori Mitchell, SHRM-CP, is an executive search and talent advisor who has spent more than a decade building relationships across the HR community. As Head of Search, she partners with CHROs, executives, and organizations to build high-impact HR, People, and Talent Acquisition teams.
A UNC Charlotte graduate and Charlotte native, Tori Mitchell spent a brief chapter of her career in Philadelphia before finding her way back home to the Queen City. Today, she brings a national talent perspective with a genuine connection to Charlotte and its HR community. She’s passionate about building lasting relationships, bringing great people together, and creating opportunities for meaningful connection.
When she’s not connecting HR leaders, Tori is a busy mom of two and a self-proclaimed Topgolf pro, bringing a little friendly competition wherever she goes.
