Welcome to the CHRO Supper Club. By accessing this website, registering for events, or participating in any Supper Club experiences, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. About the CHRO Supper Club

The CHRO Supper Club is a curated community designed for senior HR leaders to connect through private dinners, events, and shared experiences. Participation is intended to foster meaningful, confidential conversations among peers.

2. Eligibility & Participation

Participation in the CHRO Supper Club is:

  • By invitation, nomination, or approval

  • Intended for senior-level Human Resources leaders (e.g., CHROs, Heads of HR, People Leaders)

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve, decline, or revoke participation at our discretion

  • Limit attendance at events to maintain a high-quality experience

3. Event Registration & Attendance

By registering for an event, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Notify us if you can no longer attend

Because events are intentionally small and curated:

  • No-shows or late cancellations may impact your eligibility for future events

  • We reserve the right to implement cancellation policies for specific events

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a trusted environment, all participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally

  • Contribute to meaningful, peer-level discussions

  • Refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or promotional behavior

We maintain a strict no-sales environment:

  • Direct selling, solicitation, or aggressive business development is not permitted during events unless explicitly invited

Violation of this code may result in removal from the community.

5. Confidentiality & Community Trust

The value of the CHRO Supper Club depends on open, candid conversations.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect the confidentiality of discussions

  • Not share, record, or distribute sensitive information shared by others without permission

We encourage a “what’s said here stays here” approach to foster trust.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, event materials, and communications are the property of CHRO Supper Club (or its partners) and may not be:

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Used for commercial purposes

7. Media & Photography

From time to time, events may include photography or content capture.

By attending, you agree that:

  • General event photography may be used for marketing purposes

  • No sensitive or confidential discussions will be attributed or recorded without consent

If you prefer not to be included in photography, you may notify us in advance.

8. Third-Party Partners

Some events may be hosted in partnership with sponsors, venues, or collaborators.

While we carefully select partners:

  • We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or experiences

  • Engagement with partners is at your discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CHRO Supper Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation

  • Attendance at events is voluntary and at your own discretion

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the CHRO Supper Club constitutes acceptance of any updates.
