Mikal C. Harden is a longtime talent industry leader, entrepreneur, and connector with a passion for bringing people and ideas together. As co-founder of Juno Search Partners, she helped build the firm from its founding in 2010 into a relationship-driven talent solutions organization focused on creating meaningful connections between people and companies.
Today, Mikal Harden continues to focus on growth, human capital solutions, executive search, consulting, and community building. A Pennsylvania-based leader and Kutztown University graduate, she brings a distinctly relationship-first approach to her work and to the communities she helps create.
That same belief in the power of connection is at the heart of the CHRO Supper Club: creating a space where senior HR leaders can step away from the day-to-day, exchange perspectives, and build genuine relationships with peers.
When she’s not connecting people around the table or across her network, Mikal is a proud mom of twin boys and their biggest supporter, from the squash court to the stage and everywhere in between.
